2. Data Collection
- Identity & Account Details: Name, business email, phone number, and company name.
- Telephony & Communication Data: Caller/callee number, timestamps, call duration (CDR), and encrypted voice recordings.
- Technical Metadata: IP address, SIP User-Agent, WebRTC connection logs.
3. Data Security & Retention
All audio files and PBX data are encrypted at rest using 256-bit AES algorithms in isolated cloud clusters.
